What's the difference between a standard Wheelchair Accessible Restroom and an ADA Compliant Wheelchair Restroom?There are many considerations involved in the placement and size of the toilet, accessories around the restroom unit, and handrail, etc. that derive from the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, as determined by the Department of Justice. Based on the anticipated male/female ratio at the event, you may order additional units. Studies have shown that women take, on average, 40% longer than men to use restroom facilities.
